The Introduction

Hi there!

I assume you found this site either through my social media, my business card, or from Google. No matter how you ended up here, welcome. And I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I am so thrilled to be able to share my favorite part of life with you.

Foundation Fitness Co. was created to serve as a branch to people who feel like they need help. The ones who think "I don't have money for a gym membership, or a trainer." The ones who think, "I'm not athletic" and assume they'll never be healthy or fit.

I've been there. I used fitness as an outlet during every stage of my life. While in high school, I learned to regulate my emotions by going for long runs after school to process my thoughts. In college, I managed anxiety by slowing down in the weight room, using my mind-muscle connection to practice mindful habits that calmed me. Young adulthood brought more stress than I could ever imagine and less money than I ever thought possible. Still, fitness remained a constant. Movement has been my me-time for so long, and it has helped me through all of the stressful points of my life so far.

That's why I wanted to create this. I want a community of people from different walks of life that can help each other be better. Not everyone is a champion athlete, not everyone is vegan, but we all have a right to be healthy. I can help with that. There is always a way to make yourself better, to challenge who you are and become who you want to be. Foundation Fitness Co. can meet you where you are and help you grow.
